North Memorial Health is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a pediatric provider in an outpatient Family Medicine clinic. This role focuses exclusively on pediatric patients and includes clinical and administrative support.

Pay:

• Medical Assistant (CMA): $22.23–$27.37/hour
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $24.50–$32.77/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and record vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist the provider with patient assessments and treatment.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory tests as needed.
• Support telephone communication, prescription refills, and patient follow-up.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Assist with clinic workflow, supplies, and patient coordination.

Requirements

For Medical Assistant (CMA) Candidates:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program, or an approved RMA pathway with work experience and certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Clinical setting experience required.
• Experience working with pediatric patients required.

For LPN Candidates:

• Active Minnesota LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Clinical setting experience required.
