To shape the future of Salesforce development, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will design, build, and own solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds while collaborating with a distributed team to establish technical standards and best practices. Key responsibilities Design and build solutions using Flow, Apex, and LWC, ensuring high code quality and adherence to technical standards Produce solution designs and technical documentation, running prototypes to validate approaches and triaging complex platform issues Contribute to automated test coverage and maintain a clean codebase while leveraging AI tools when beneficial for delivery Required qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative Salesforce tools like Flow and validation rules Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing packages, including understanding managed package constraints Proven ability to produce solution designs and technical documentation Familiarity with Gearset or similar DevOps tools for managing deployments Experience working in a small, distributed team across multiple geographies and cultures
