Location: Greencastle, PA
Pay Rate: $20.25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Job Duties - Operate a stand-up reach truck/forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and replenish inventory using RF scanners.
- Store products in designated rack locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report equipment issues.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts as needed.
- Work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
Education Requirements - High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements - Minimum 1-2 years of stand-up reach forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
- Experience operating stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Capabilities - Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated/cold-storage warehouse environment for extended periods.
- Must provide and wear steel-toe boots; all other required PPE is supplied.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while meeting productivity standards.
