Overview
Registered Nurse, ER specialty, travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. Start date 11/09/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,102–$2,286 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). Work setting is Home Healthcare - Hospice.

Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to patients in a home hospice setting, following clinical standards and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; coordinate with the treatment team and family to promote comfort, safety, and quality of life.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, manage symptoms, and document care in the electronic health record.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff at multiple levels, delegating tasks appropriately and communicating with physicians, case managers, and other disciplines.
- Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education to support continuity of care and safe transitions.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California) required.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the field; acute care or ER experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; CPR/BLS from an approved vendor.
- Department-specific certifications: ACLS, PALS, HLFS (Hospital Fire and Life Safety) as required by policy; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required.
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required.
- BSN preferred.
- Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice setting and meet assignment requirements.
