Job Title: Validation Engineer
Location: San Clemente, CA
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $38.94 - $48.65 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 6 months
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (100% Onsite)
Job Summary:
- Support validation readiness for SAP S/4HANA systems, integrations, and data migration, focusing on validation strategy, testing, and automation enablement
- Develop scalable validation assets using Tricentis tools (qTest, Vera, Tosca, NeoLoad)
- Ensure risk-based validation aligned with CSA principles and project timelines
- Develop validation plans, test scripts, automation scripts, and test strategies for SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and data migration
- Implement test automation using qTest, Tosca, and Vera
- Support requirements review, risk assessments, and RTM creation
- Execute system, integration, data migration, and UAT testing activities
- Collaborate with SAP SMEs and implementation partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in SAP validation or ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis or similar test automation tools
- Experience with CSA methodologies and GxP compliance
- Strong knowledge of the validation lifecycle for large enterprise systems
