Reach Truck Operator
Elgin, IL
1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Mandatory Overtime Until 5:00 PM as Needed
$20.00 per Hour


Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team in Elgin. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Put away and retrieve products from rack locations.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials as needed.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Recent reach truck experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required.
